Lease Doc Commercial
The Lease Doc Commercial Loan is a flexible loan ideally suited for purchase, refinance or equity release with no income verification other than rental income derived from the security property. Suited to PAYG or Self Employed investors who are unable or unwilling to provide any form of income verification and want the security of a ‘set and forget’ loan without the need for annual reviews and line fees.
The Lease Doc Commercial Loan also offers no minimum Self Employment term.

- Maximum LVR 70%
- Lease must have a minimum 24 months remaining and must be arms length
- Gross rental income from security property must be able to service proposed debt at 1.5 times
- Loan terms up to 20 years
- No annual reviews or valuations
- Redraw available (minimum $2,000)

- LVR based upon Real Estate value only
- Purchase or refinance of existing dwellings (no vacant land or construction)
